Note: 1st meetings
of VMC and VEC is done in the month of April as being winter
station there is no time after December for the conduct of the 3rd
VMC Meeting. Meetings of the VMC and VEC meetings are conducted on
the same day as the Vidyalaya is located in an area where there is
no public transport it becomes difficult for members from city to
come very often to the Vidyalaya.
