1. Second Short-Term ( 3-days
) Inservice Programme for TGT (S.St.) from 31st

various programmes held on the occassion of Platinum Jubilee
celebrations of the Indian Air Force at Laitkor Peak, Shillong.
The performance of the children were well received and
appriciated by the Air Force Personnels.

in the Poetry writing competition on Pollution conducted by
Meghalaya State Pollution Control Board held on 15th of
Oct'2007. Ruth Hmar of class X won 3rd Prize in the event.
10. The school reopened on 26
Oct. after the Autumn Break.
Report on Games
and Sports 2007-2008
1. Housewise competitions were conducted regularly during the
month of August 2007.
2. Mass PT activity is performed on Wednesday of every week.
3. Conducted Coaching in three different games (Basketball,Football,Cricket)
for
more improvement in K.V.S Sports meet.
4. Friendly matches were conducted with local teams, clubs,
etc.
5. Conducted a selection test in August 2007 for participation
in the K.V.S cluster sports meet' 2007.
6. Vidyalaya took part in Basketball (girls),Cricket under 19
and under 16 (boys)
at K.V.S cluster sports meet' 2007.
7. Vidyalaya school team stood Runnerup in K.V.S Regional Sports
meet (cricket u-19Boys) held at K.V.CRPF on 5th,6th September
2007 and 02 students were selected for Bi-Regional meet.
8. Vidyalaya Football team took part in K.V.S. Regional Sports
meet held at K.V.Lokra on 17th & 18th August 2007.
9. Three of our Vidyalaya students participated in the Regional
level Cricket meet
under-16 boys held at K.V.CRPF on 3rd & 4th october 2007.
10.Our Vidyalaya conducted the Shillong cluster Cricket under 19
boys and Basketball Girls 2007.
11.Conducted Regional level Basketball Girls 2007 from 6/9/07 to
7/9/07.
